FAQ

How do I download my work?

There are two buttons at the bottom of the screen: Download as Text, available to everyone, and Download Page Image, a Premium feature that captures your full page exactly as it looks — stationery, fonts, and all.

What happens if I go through all 200+ free prompts?

Nothing to worry about — you won't run out. Prompts cycle so you don't see repeats, and once you've seen them all, the pool simply resets and starts over.

Is my work actually saved, or do I need to download it myself?

On the Free tier, there's a short buffer to protect you if you get interrupted mid-session, but it isn't permanent — download your work after each session to be safe. Premium members get permanent save, so your work stays put for as long as your membership is active.

What happens if I cancel Premium?

You'll keep full Premium access through the end of whatever period you already paid for — nothing cuts off immediately when you cancel.

What's the difference between the three Premium plans?

Same features across all three — Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime just differ in how you pay. Yearly and Lifetime work out cheaper per month than paying monthly, with Lifetime as a single one-time purchase and no recurring charge at all.

Do I need an account to use First Fire Pages?

Yes — even on the Free tier, you'll need a (free) account. It's what lets us keep track of any packs you've purchased and makes sure your short auto-save buffer actually has somewhere to save to.

Can I use a pack I bought in one Storiki app in another one?

Yes — a pack you buy is tied to your account, not to a single app, so it follows you wherever it's relevant. A prompt pack, for instance, works as sprint-starters in Words or Consequences too, and its prompts are usable in the Fireborn story builder as well. A stationery pack, on the other hand, would apply anywhere First Fire Pages–style stationery shows up, but wouldn't have anything to do in an app like Words or Consequences that doesn't use stationery.
